Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to bd romeo's website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to the person who has legitimately created an account and is using the services. "Bonus" refers to promotional offers provided by bd romeo under specified conditions.

"Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing earnings from a bonus. "Net Loss" refers to the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play any type of betting or casino game on bd romeo, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account suspension and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Methods

bd romeo currently supports deposits and withdrawals via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank).

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit is ৳300 per method. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, bd romeo reserves the right to confirm the identity of the account holder. The same method used for deposit must be used for withdrawal.

3.4 Cryptocurrency

bd romeo does not accept or send any cryptocurrency payments.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is the bonus amount × 10. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and their balance will be ৳2,500; before withdrawing, they must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

• bd romeo Weekly Reload Festival: Up to 30% of deposit, maximum ৳6,000; wagering 15x.
• bd romeo Slot Adventure Bonus: Up to 50% of deposit, maximum ৳5,000; wagering 20x.
• bd romeo Cricket Wave Bonus: Up to 40% of deposit, maximum ৳8,000; wagering 12x.
• bd romeo Birthday Special Reward: Maximum ৳2,000; wagering 10x.
• bd romeo Refer a Friend Promotion: Maximum ৳3,000; wagering 8x.

4.3 Bonus Conditions

A bonus is never direct cash — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. bd romeo reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer.

VIP Program and Cashback

bd romeo's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided based on net loss each week.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

For example, if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. The wagering conditions for cashback will be stated in the relevant promotion guidelines. Advancement to a higher tier depends on continued active participation.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods
• Attempting to access or damage the platform's systems
• Unauthorized access to another user's account

6.2 Consequences

If fraudulent activity is detected, bd romeo reserves the right to close the relevant account, withhold deposited funds, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bd romeo platform — logos, graphics, software, text, and design — is the intellectual property of bd romeo. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
